Shipping policy
Delivery Information:
All of our treats are handmade by our team in our Yorkshire bakery, using quality ingredients such as free-range eggs, British butter and sugar. We bake in small batches and dispatch using a next-day courier service to ensure your order arrives at its best.
Once dispatched, you will receive a text/email from DPD with a one-hour delivery window, along with the option to provide a safe place or nominate a neighbour.
Choosing Your Delivery Date
You can select your preferred delivery date in your Shopping Bag, before checkout.
If a date isn’t selected, your order will be dispatched as soon as possible.
We dispatch the working day before your chosen date, using a next-day delivery service.
While we always aim for delivery on the selected date, this cannot be guaranteed as it is dependent on the courier.
If selecting a Saturday delivery date
Please choose the Saturday Delivery shipping option at checkout.
If the standard rate is selected instead, your order will be sent to arrive on the nearest earlier working day.
Dispatch Schedule

Orders placed Monday–Thursday before 1pm are usually dispatched the same day.

We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.

We do not deliver on Mondays.

Weekend orders are dispatched on Monday (or the next working day after a bank holiday).
Please note that DPD will not consider a parcel lost until 3 working days after dispatch.

Address Accuracy
We ship to the address exactly as entered at checkout. Please double-check all delivery details, especially when sending gifts.
