All ANAIS & treats are freshly handmade in our Yorkshire bakery and sent via DPD on a next-day service. You can choose your preferred delivery date at checkout, add a gift message, and track your order with a one-hour delivery window.

Our treats are baked in trays of 20 units and arrive ambient. They all have a 10 day ambient shelf life from the date they are delivered - if stored in the box they arrive in and in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Alternatively, they can be frozen for up to 3 months. All bakes will defrost in 2 hours. Once defrosted they also have a 10 day ambient shelf day.
We pre-slice all of our bakes to save you time and this also makes it easy to defrost only what you need and therefore limiting your waste
We recommend presenting your Anais & bakes in a beautiful cake dome or cloche, or on covered cake stand or board, to preserve freshness. If you are stacking the slices please add a piece of our branded parchment between each layer, to avoid any sticking and damaging the beautiful tops of the bakes.

If you have any bakes left over after a day on display, we recommend keeping them covered or putting in a Tupperware and storing them in a cool, dry place overnight before displaying again the next day.
Tip on Cross-Contamination: remember to keep our different bakes from touching, so to prevent potential allergy contamination. For example, keep our nut containing bakes away from non-nut bakes and also our vegan lines. Use separate cake domes and boards and separate tongs.
Our brownies are extra indulgent warmed up slightly in the microwave and served with vanilla bean ice cream. Our Berry Crumbles, Baked Apple and Cinnamon Crumbles and our Raspberry and Almond Bakewell are delicious served with cream or served warmed with custard.
Our Vegan Nourish range of bakes compliment perfectly a matcha latte or a peppermint tea.
We can supply our beautiful branded Anais & parchment paper for you to display our bakes. We also offer double-sided display cards, so that your team and also customers can see at a glance the allergens in any one of our bakes.These options can be added to your order, click here.
All of our treats are handmade by our team in our Yorkshire bakery, using only quality ingredients such as free range eggs, British butter and sugar. We are passionate about our bakes and truly believe in using good quality ingredients.
For our wholesale orders it is a minimum order of any 2 trays of your choice.
Orders placed Monday-Thursday (before 1pm) will be dispatched that same day, unless you specify an alternative preferred delivery date.
Please note, we do not deliver on a Monday.
Please also note, we do not despatch our treats on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays. Any orders received on a Friday, or on Saturdays and Sundays, will be despatched the following Monday. Orders received on a bank holiday will be processed the next working day.
Our trays are dispatched via DPD delivery on a next day service, ensuring they get to you at their very best. On the morning of the day of delivery you will receive from DPD via text/email a one hour delivery slot. You are also able to state a preferred place of safe delivery or where to leave with a neighbour, both with DPD and when placing your order with us (which we will communicate with DPD).
Please note that DPD will not consider a parcel lost until 3 working days after its despatch.
We cannot take responsibility for addresses incorrectly inputted when ordering, we send to the address exactly as is entered when placing your order.

For our £5.95 Next Working Day Tracked delivery option, delivery dates are not 100% guaranteed and our courier DPD will not consider a parcel lost until 3 working days after dispatch.
